

Since opening the first restaurant in 2003, Sasha Kim has continually impressed customers and critics and received excellent reviews from many publications. Sasha’s first restaurant was awarded four stars from The Dallas Morning News and named one of the “10 Best New Restaurants in 2003.” In 2004, Sasha won a Best of Big D award from D Magazine and Texas Monthly featured her restaurant in, “Where to Eat Now.”
NAAN Allen has appointed Sam Kim as their new executive chef. Prior to joining NAAN, Chef Kim served as a master chef at Geisha USA in LA, California. Kim, who has no relation to Sasha, also worked as head sushi chef at Hamada Japanese Restaurant, inside the Flamingo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. With decades of experience in the Asian restaurant industry, including years of training under Chef Shigeta Masahiro, Kim’s expertise will bring a refined flavor to NAAN Allen.
